Message	you say; "what is the maximum safe PSI on stock turbos be" you say; "can i disconnect the detonation sensor". apparently, safety is really not your concern. in this case, you can run upto about 17 psi. this is about where things stop not working (roughly). re: the detonation sensor, yes you can remove it. no problem. Having it removed will permanently give you a 20 to 60rwhp loss depending on current power. quit being an asshat please. sig check....
